FloatCard helps you time your credit card spending to maximize the "float" period — the time between your purchase and when you pay your bill. You spend right after your statement date, keep your money in a money market fund (PPF) until the due date, and earn interest during that window. On the due date, you pay the full balance.
No. FloatCard never connects to your bank or credit card. You manually enter your card names, statement dates, and due dates. All data stays on your device. We have no access to your real financial accounts.
The home screen widget shows your current card and days remaining without opening the app. To add it, long-press your home screen, tap Widgets, and find FloatCard. The widget is free for the first 30 days, then requires a Pro subscription.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings → FloatCard Pro → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored using your Google Play account.
The Free plan includes daily card guidance, current month earnings, and basic features. Pro unlocks the home screen widget, smart notifications, unlimited earnings history, past/future month data entry, 10 premium themes, and data backup/export.
You can cancel anytime through Google Play. Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FloatCard Pro → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
FloatCard stores all data locally on your device. If you used "Reset All Data" in Settings, your records were cleared — but your first launch date is preserved so your widget trial period continues. If you uninstalled the app, all local data is permanently deleted.
Yes. FloatCard supports multiple cards — though the system is optimized for 3 cards with 10-day gaps between statement dates (e.g., 5th, 15th, 25th). This setup maximizes your float coverage throughout the month.
