Is SubRadar really free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you track up to 5 subscriptions with no ads and no time limits. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited subscriptions, auto currency conversion, trend analysis, price history charts, custom categories, data backup, and more.

Is my data private and secure?

Completely. SubRadar stores all your subscription data locally on your device. We never see it, never sync it to a server, and never share it with anyone. The app works fully offline.

How does multi-currency work?

You can add subscriptions in any of 50+ supported currencies. SubRadar fetches live exchange rates once every 24 hours and converts everything to your chosen base currency automatically. This feature is available for Pro users.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings → SubRadar Pro → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription will be restored using your Google Play account.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel anytime through Google Play. Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SubRadar Pro → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I backup my data?

Backup & Restore is a Pro feature. Go to Settings → Data Management → Export Backup. Your data is exported as a JSON file that you can save anywhere you like and restore later.

The app is in the wrong language. How do I change it?

Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language. SubRadar supports 11 languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.

Why isn't a subscription showing in my payment history?

Payment records are only generated after the subscription's first billing cycle passes. If you added a subscription today, its first record will appear on the next due date. You can also manually mark a payment as paid from the subscription detail screen.
