Yes. You get a free trial of 150 appointments with full access to every feature — no time limit, no credit card required. Once you've used your trial, BarberNote Pro removes the appointment limit. Themes, languages, backup and every other feature stay free for everyone.
Completely. BarberNote stores all your shop data — appointments, customers, cash records — locally on your device. We never see it, never sync it to a server, and never share it with anyone. The app works fully offline.
No. BarberNote is designed to work fully offline. Your appointments, customers, and cash records are all stored on your device. An internet connection is only needed for the optional Pro subscription purchase.
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings → BarberNote Pro → tap "Restore Purchases". Your subscription is restored through the store you bought it from — your Apple ID on iPhone, or your Google Play account on Android. Note that a subscription bought on one platform cannot be transferred to the other.
You can cancel anytime through Google Play. Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → BarberNote Pro → Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Go to Settings → Backup → Create backup. Your shop data is saved as a JSON file and your device's share sheet opens, so you can send it to yourself on WhatsApp, save it to your cloud drive, or keep it in local storage. The steps are the same on iPhone and Android. Settings also shows the date of your last backup, and the agenda reminds you if a month has passed.
Go to Settings → Backup → Restore from backup, then pick the backup file from your device. Before anything changes, BarberNote shows you the file's date and how many customers, appointments and expense records it holds. Your current records are replaced by the backup, so make a fresh backup first if you're unsure. Your Pro subscription is not affected by restoring.
Yes. Go to Settings → Appointment interval and choose 15 or 30 minutes — whichever suits your shop. You can also set the length of each individual appointment, from 15 up to 90 minutes, so longer jobs take up the right amount of space in your agenda.
Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language. BarberNote supports 15 languages: Turkish, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Indonesian, Russian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Arabic, Vietnamese, Thai, and Hindi.
If you allow notifications, BarberNote sends you a short summary every Monday and on the first day of each month — showing how many appointments you completed, your income, tips, expenses, and net profit for that period.
